While the RV resort closed in early November, The Bluffs on Manistee Lake home community is open and welcoming visitors.

Take a drive through the park and see for yourself our beautiful brand new homes and available homes sites just waiting for a new home to be placed. Our manager Barry is available and would be glad to answer any questions you have about becoming a neighbor at The Bluffs. Tours are also available by appointment by calling 231-887-4512. We adhere to recommended COVID 19 precautions of mask wearing and social distancing and ask that you do, too.

The Bluffs on Manistee Lake is located off Eastlake Rd, one mile south of M-55 in Manistee. Our winter hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday Noon to 4 p.m. We are closed on Wednesday.

At The Bluffs on Manistee Lake, we understand the importance of getting away from it all, which is why we think our new model home, The Retreat, is perfect for doing just that.

In its 16th year, Sparkle in the Park on Bear Lake, a pleasant 15 mile drive north of of The Bluffs on Manistee Lake, features more than 80,000 lights set up in nearly 50 holiday displays, all arranged in Bear Lake’s lakeside Hopkins Park, US 31 corridor and village homes.

The lighted displays include angels, Christmas trees, Santa and his reindeer, a salute to troops, snowmen, various animals and several Christmas scenes. Sparkle in the Park is free. Donation boxes are available near Toyland, Bear Lake for those who wish to make a contribution for next year’s Sparkle in the Park.
